FT2 Training
Each apprentice has an individual training plan and progress is monitored throughout the scheme.
There are attachments at facility hire companies (including Arri Media, Panavision and Chapman Leonard) where apprentices learn the use and maintenance of the full range of grip equipment, and on production on feature films attached to established working grips.
Apprentices will attend off the job short courses, workshops, masterclasses and networking events.
Apprentices are assessed by industry practitioners for a City & Guilds Grips NVQ Level 2.
