To maintain and develop FT2 as a recognised centre of excellence of training and assessment for the film and television industry in the United Kingdom and in whose activities all individuals, whether they be full-time, part-time or freelance staff, trainees, apprentices or NVQ candidates, are encouraged to participate fully and equally.
