FT2’s Equal Opportunities Policy and Procedures provides framework to inform staff, trainees, apprentices and freelance assessors of the company’s aims and objectives in maintaining a working and training environment of equality and details the company’s procedures for reporting, handling and resolving any instance of discrimination.

We are keen to ensure that FT2 operates and is seen to operate within a framework which not only complies with all legislation but allows all people working within the organisation to contribute to, maintain and benefit from an environment free of barriers to individual working, learning, progression and achievement.

FT2 is committed to a policy of treating all its employees and job applicants equally.
