FT2 STAFF 

 

SHARON GOODE - Director

Joined FT2 in 1995 and has been Director since November 2000.  While at FT2 completed a Learning and Development NVQ at Level 5 and trained as an NVQ assessor.  Previously worked in the television industry on the staff of ATV/Central (Production Secretary, P.A., researcher & AP) and freelance as a researcher and media tutor.  Sharon is an Associate Member of the Institute for Learning.

 

EMMA MARRON - Training Manager

Prior to joining FT2 worked in the advertising industry, mainly in administration and desk-top publishing roles in the US. Joined FT2 in 1997 as placement assistant to Sharon Goode , and in 2000 became Placement Co-ordinator for New Entrant schemes.  Emma has a Learning and Development NVQ at Level 3.

  

UDAY PATEL - Finance Manager

Prior to my experience in a finance role in a Charity, I had worked in Public Practice Audit firm for nearly 14 years. I than moved in a finance role within the Not-For- Profit Sector. During this time I have gained experience in audit, accounts preparation, tax work and miscellaneous accountancy related work. At present manages FT2 financial systems from inception to preparation of FT2 Accounts for audit and for internal and external users.

 

MOIRA TAIT - Training Manager

Started as a freelance researcher in television then became a producer and director of an independent television production company specialising in documentaries. Involved in redesigning the television industry's Production NVQ standards, and was a specialist advisor, assessor and internal verifier.

While at FT2, Moira achieved her Level 3 NVQ in Training and Development and is an Associate Member of the Institute for Learning.
