LISA CLIFFORD OWEN - 1st Assistant Editor
Credits include: "Until Death" (feature), "New Tricks" (TV drama), "Ancient Rome" (Docu/drama).
She completed FT2 in 1999 as an Assistant Editor.
"Since finishing FT2 I have been lucky to have worked constantly ( so far!!!)," Lisa explains. "The training I received was second to none. I am adamant I would not have the career I have now, was it not for FT2. I worked in cutting rooms alongside successful Editors and assistants, who taught me the ropes for 2 years. One of the most important things I was taught by FT2 and by all the people I worked for was that no-one is entitled to this career, you have to work and work hard.
Since finishing FT2 I have had the pleasure of working in Television , low budget independent films, Multi Million dollar movies , for fantastic Directors and the most amazing Editors...I love my job!! Thank you FT2."
And in that time, Lisa adds, she "also found the time to have a son, Nile ... - who says you can't have it all !!!"
