FT2 has a Grievance and Disciplinary Policy which applies to all members of FT2 staff, trainees and apprentices and the FT2 Assessment Centre has an Appeals Procedure for NVQ candidates and assessors.
Any complaints from any other person about how FT2 operates should be made in writing and addressed to

The Director will investigate the complaint and respond within 20 working days.
If a complainant is not happy with this response they should give their reasons in writing within 20 working days of receipt and address this to the Chair of the FT2 Board of Management at the above address.
The FT2 Board will consider the matter and respond within 20 working days. The decision of the FT2 Board is final.
If because of a disability someone wishes to make a complaint in a form other than a written complaint they should contact FT2 to discuss.
